Let us bring hope and light into our communities this Christmas! We launch our Hope of Christmas with the most important thing of all, connecting with God through prayer. We truly want to see many lives come into the Kingdom of God this Christmas. Together with our life groups, let us:

Fast, pray & give together for 5 days from 7-11 Dec
You can pray together using the prayer focus below, via creative ways like Whatsapp calls, chats or prayer chains. You may save the money from your fasted meals to put it towards giving to those in need in your community.

Tune in to Hope Kuching Online FB Group
for a 10-min daily live prayer and pray along with us every day from 7-11 Dec at 12 noon.

Choose one day from 7-11 Dec to PRAYER WALK​
together with your Life Group in the area assigned to your Sub-District. We believe that as we walk and pray in neighbourhoods, the presence of God shall saturate homes and lives. Your life group leader will let you know the assigned area and provide you with a guide.

8 Dec (Tue) : PEACE

The peace of God continue to sanctify us through and through -
Lead us to the peace that transcends all understanding -
God’s peace be upon our city, state and nation
9 Dec (Wed) : JOY
JOY:

Thank God for the joy we have in Christ -
The joy of the Lord be our strength -
Joy of salvation reaches to all drawing all man to Christ as Jesus Christ is lifted up
10 Dec (Thu) : SECURITY

God’s divine protection surround His people and the nation of Malaysia -
God’s presence encamps around us and delivers us from all evil intent -
That we will stand strong and be equipped with His armour
11 Dec (Fri) : CONFIDENCE
CONFIDENCE: Praise & Thank God

That through Christ we inherit the sonship of The Almighty God -
For His unfailing love that no one can separate us from His love -
That He has a perfect plan for us and that we will walk in the center of His perfect will

Personal Connection
Bringing Hope to others
Touching the people we have close contact with in our daily lives i.e neighbours, families, relatives, colleagues, classmates, friends, the shop that we go to etc. We can show them by our little act, words of encouragement, shema, prayers etc.
21-27 December
Community Connection
As a life group, we want to bless the community. We can organise a Mini Christmas party, small gathering, virtual Christmas gathering, do something as a life group to bless the community i.e prepare food boxes to bless the frontliners, giving food aid to those who are in need etc.
